NaNoWriMo

Well, it turned out I did go to Peru. It also turned out that I used most of my and my sister's bank accounts to do it...

It was a lot of fun. http://www.briomissions.com/

Well, now its November. And guess what happens in November?

That's right, Nanowrimo!

Nanowrimo is a group of people who get together to support each other in the writing of a novel in a month. The goal is 50,000 words. And for 50,000 words by midnight Nov. 30, you get a pretty little graphic and the luxury of sleep for the first time in a month. Everyone else gets prodded into writing until the goal is reached.

Just kidding, you don’t have to reach 50,000 words to sleep. But Nanowrimo is a lot of fun, especially with the recipes to all sorts of chocolate goodies that float around. Yum.

Well, here it is, my blog. Don't expect anything much of importance on this blog. Though I suppose I could talk about the possible new elementary school in my district, but what are the chances of someone from Delano actually finding and reading this?

I tend to ramble. A lot. So.

Well, I'm going to Peru this summer. [Hopefully.] Anyone have ideas on fundraising?
